Senior Associate – Investment Advisory (Conakry, Guinea)

About the role

CrossBoundary Advisory is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Conakry office and support frontier‑market clients in accessing private capital for sustainable impact investments. The role combines transaction support, market assessment, investor engagement and capital mobilisation across Guinea and the wider West African region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct sector assessments and engage potential investors.
• Drive business development through market assessments and the design of service strategies.
• Lead transaction advisory work, including commercial due diligence, market research and client recommendations.
• Advise on blended‑finance structuring and post‑investment strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience living or working in Guinea with strong regional financial‑services contacts.
• Deep understanding of Guinea’s investment landscape.
• Self‑starter with a passion for underserved markets and high tolerance for ambiguity.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to build relationships in demanding environments.
