Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent (Conakry)

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent to deliver top‑level service to passengers in Conakry. You will sell airline tickets, promote related products, and support customers throughout their travel journey while contributing to the station’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Emirates tickets and ancillary products, identifying customer needs through rapport building.
• Issue tickets in compliance with airline rules, highlighting passport, visa and health requirements.
• Promote Skywards membership, upgrades, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings and other revenue‑generating services.
• Support travel agents with special fare quotations, bookings and ticketing formalities.
• Handle complex queries, including medical cases and special services.
• Deputise for the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader, acting as first point of contact for challenging bookings.
• Maintain retail office displays, documentation and end‑of‑day sales and banking procedures.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in airline ticket sales and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of airline rules, visa and health requirements.
• Ability to achieve sales conversion targets and maintain quality standards.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to support team leaders and mentor colleagues.
