Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent (Guinea)

About the role

The Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent will deliver top‑level service to Emirates customers, selling airline tickets and related products while assisting travelers with their itineraries. Working in a retail office environment, you will support the Team Leader and collaborate with fellow agents to meet commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Issue Emirates tickets, ensuring compliance with airline rules and customer requirements.
• Advise passengers on passport, visa, health, check‑in and other travel requirements.
• Promote and sell ancillary products such as Skywards membership, amendments, Dubai stop‑overs, hotel bookings and fare upgrades.
• Support travel agents with special fare quotations, bookings and ticketing formalities.
• Handle complex queries, medical cases and special service requests.
• Act as deputy for the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader when absent.
• Maintain documentation, update timetables, and ensure promotional material is displayed correctly.
• Assist with end‑of‑day sales closing and cash handling procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum education: GCSE/A‑Level or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a contact‑centre or reservations environment within the airline or travel industry.
