Stagiaire Planner

About the role

The Planner Trainee will support the planning and maintenance service of BIA Group in Guinea, ensuring optimal use of equipment fleets and compliance with quality and safety standards. This position offers hands‑on experience in a multinational environment focused on public works, mining and transport equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and applying the quality plan, reporting non‑conformities and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in HSE toolbox talks, wear PPE, and follow Take‑5 safety procedures.
• Manage work orders, schedule maintenance, and track corrective actions daily.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely parts ordering and pricing via K24.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly activity reports and attend safety meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with good knowledge of English.
• Experience or interest in mining or public works (TP) environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
