Assistant Human Resources Clerk (G3)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Clerk to support its operations in Guinea. Working under the Resources Management Officer and the National Human Resource Officer, the incumbent will contribute to the effective management of IOM's resource management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resource management functions for IOM Guinea in accordance with organisational policies.
• Support the Resources Management Officer and National Human Resource Officer in day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Accredited university qualification as listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email).
• Experience with SAP is a distinct advantage.
