Senior Recruitment & HR Development Manager – Bilingual

About the role

The Senior Recruitment & HR Development Manager will lead the company’s talent acquisition and development strategy, ensuring a strong pipeline of senior and specialist talent while fostering employee growth and engagement. This bilingual position requires fluency in English and French and the ability to operate in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with workforce needs, managing the full hiring cycle from analysis to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pools, source senior executives, managers, and high‑value specialists, and strengthen employer branding.
• Design and deliver talent and skills development programs, support performance appraisal processes, and create succession and career paths.
• Advise managers on recruitment, skill management, and team development, promoting a performance‑driven culture.
• Prepare HR dashboards, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvement of recruitment and development processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with a strong focus on senior‑level recruitment and HR development.
• Proven track record in talent management, performance management, and employer branding.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English and French.
