HR Officer

About the role

The HR Officer will provide comprehensive HR services to support BIA Group’s operations in Guinea. Working closely with the HR Manager, the role implements the company’s human‑resource strategy, ensuring the attraction, development and retention of talent to meet current and future business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross‑functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal clients.
• Maintain HR data in global HR tools, aiming for 100 % data accuracy.
• Apply and respect HR policies and procedures consistently.
• Provide advisory support on employment law, HR policies, compliance and disciplinary matters under the supervision of the Regional HR Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of payroll software.
