Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget control, and regulatory compliance. This position requires strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and fluent English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Monitor daily financial transactions for accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash‑flow management.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare payroll support documentation when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and financial institutions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial software.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
