HR Officer

About the role

BIA Group, active in the sales, rentals and after-sales services of equipment for public works, mines, quarries and transport, is hiring an HR Officer in Guinea. The HR Officer delivers a comprehensive HR service to the business, working with the HR Manager to implement the organisation's human resource strategy in line with global policies, so that the company attracts, manages, develops and retains employees.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR projects cross-functionally and build a strong business relationship with the internal client
• Manage HR data in global HR tools, reaching 100% data accuracy
• Ensure respect and application of HR policies and procedures
• Advise on employment law, HR policies, procedures, processes, compliance and disciplinary matters, under the supervision of the Regional HR Manager

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written

Required skills

• Knowledge of payroll software
