About the role
A global industrial group operating across West Africa is looking for a commercially driven Sales Representative to develop business and manage customer relationships throughout Guinea and neighboring markets. The role offers extensive travel, international exposure and the chance to act as a bridge between local operations and Chinese‑speaking partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships across Guinea and adjacent territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting ongoing commercial activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiations, prepare proposals and manage the sales process.
- Travel frequently throughout West Africa as required.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in any industry.
- Fluency in Chinese and at least conversational English.
- Willingness to be based in Guinea and travel regularly.
- Adaptable, resilient and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
