About the role

GI EXPERTISE, a human‑resources consulting firm operating in West Africa, is partnering with a major mining company to hire qualified professionals for a wide range of positions on mining sites in Guinea, Togo and Côte d’Ivoire. The recruitment covers technical, operational, administrative and support functions essential to mining, drilling, production and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Perform drilling, geological surveys, and production activities according to site plans.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, crushers and transport vehicles.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical and civil maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage logistics, fuel, water supply, warehousing and procurement processes.
• Implement health, safety and environmental standards and support security operations.
• Provide administrative, finance, HR and IT support to the mining teams.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational or academic qualification for the specific role.
• Proven experience in mining, construction, heavy‑equipment operation or related fields.
• Ability to work on site in remote locations and adapt to shift schedules.
• Good teamwork, communication and problem‑solving skills.
