Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The company, an international group manufacturing and marketing heavy equipment for mining, construction, energy and material handling, is expanding its presence in West Africa. They are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead brand visibility and market development in Guinea.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a local marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Organise communication campaigns, product promotions and ensure brand presence across digital, press, field activities, events, trade fairs and other channels.
• Design and supervise the production of marketing content tailored to the Guinean market.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team in customer acquisition, retention and prospecting activities.
• Participate in negotiations and commercial presentations with clients and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar sales or marketing role, preferably in industrial equipment, construction, mining or heavy machinery.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Mandarin Chinese is a strong asset.
