Specialist, Culture & Capability - Conakry

About the role

The Specialist, Culture & Capability will lead and project‑manage delivery of talent management, learning, culture transformation, inclusion, diversity, equity and people value proposition initiatives across mine sites and offices in Guinea.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate country‑level talent management activities such as succession planning, talent reviews and development planning.
• Support implementation of the global Learning & Capability strategy, including programme delivery, learner records and reporting.
• Partner with business units and global stakeholders to deliver capability assessments and technical learning pathways.
• Drive culture change initiatives, employee feedback mechanisms and inclusion, diversity & equity road‑maps.
• Implement the People Value Proposition at country level, aligning communications and employee experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑12 years of relevant experience with solid project‑management background.
• Proven experience using SuccessFactors for talent management, development and learning.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, legislation and culture‑change practices.
• Permanent resident of Conakry.
