Warehouse Officer (Magasinier)

About the role

The Warehouse Officer will manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods for BIA Group's parts and service department in Guinea. You will ensure that machine parts are stored correctly, processed efficiently, and delivered to internal and external customers on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders, both physically and administratively.
• Maintain orderly and safe storage of inventory.
• Provide feedback on stock discrepancies and issues.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety guidelines.
• Assist customers at the counter and coordinate goods flow to the workshop.

Required profile

• MBO‑level technical education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes.
• Valid Forklift Driver's License.
• VCA basic safety certificate.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• VCA safety standards.
