Assistant Human Resources Clerk (G3)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Clerk (G3) to support HR operations in its Guinea office. Working under the Resources Management Officer and the National Human Resource Officer, the incumbent will help ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to IOM’s mission of promoting humane migration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clerical assistance for the smooth running of HR processes and activities.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancy announcements, arranging interviews, preparing interview materials, and handling reference checks.
• Enter and maintain data in the organizational HR system, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely reporting.
• Generate HR‑related documentation and reports as required.
• Maintain orderly personnel files, instructions, bulletins, and other HR documents.

Required profile

• Under the overall supervision of the Resources Management Officer and direct supervision of the National Human Resource Officer.
• Collaborates with relevant units at Headquarters and Administrative Centres.
