About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for HR administrative processes, including onboarding and record keeping.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to address team‑related queries and promote a respectful work environment.

Required profile

• Graduated in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (class of 2024‑2026).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with basic proficiency in English.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
• Proficiency with common office software tools.
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
