About the role
NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme, ensuring inclusive participation and equitable access to opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across programme activities.
- Ensure inclusive participation, gender‑responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities generated through Africa‑EU space cooperation.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development in international cooperation.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and applying gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes.
Required skills
- Excellent command of English.
- Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese (asset).
- Familiarity with EU external‑action gender policy (asset).
