Data Clerk - Clean Energy Programme

About the role

The Data Clerk will support the Ecofoyer Clean Energy Programme by managing and monitoring field data collected across Conakry and other regions. Based in Conakry, the role ensures data accuracy, supports verification processes, and contributes to the programme’s climate‑mitigation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, clean, and manage field data using KoboCollect and Upya.
• Perform quality checks on data received from Local Implementation Partners (LIPs).
• Maintain databases and reporting systems to keep programme data up‑to‑date.
• Cross‑reference and verify field data against source records.
• Support Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) activities, including data analysis and identification of statistical outliers.
• Assist with audit preparation and carbon‑compliance documentation.
• Provide on‑site support and troubleshooting for LIPs during data‑collection exercises.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Reliability in handling data‑collection tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and field teams.
