Planner – Equipment Maintenance & Operations

About the role

The Planner will support the service activity by organising resources and workforce, ensuring optimal performance of the equipment fleet and the execution of BIA's maintenance policies. This role combines quality, safety and operational planning to keep equipment running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in setting up and applying the quality plan, reporting non‑conformities and improvement opportunities.
• Follow defined KPIs, comply with procedures and HSE policies, and actively take part in toolbox talks.
• Maintain equipment in good condition, report defects, keep the work environment clean and report any incidents.
• Manage execution and planning parameters, schedule maintenance services and planned repairs.
• Process work orders in the appropriate system, collect documentation and ensure timely order lists with the Warehouse Manager.
• Provide parts pricing for budgeting, discuss PLMs with customers, and create monthly activity reports.
• Escalate abnormal situations to the Planning Manager and attend maintenance and safety meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and good knowledge of English.
• Experience in mining or public works (TP) is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills.
